All a bit doom a gloom here this morning. IMO the figures for the next couple of quarters far more important then the outcome in court. If the company spends 2020 struggling for profitability then yes, the ISX baby could be slowly strangled to death in the cot, much to the delight of all the Naysayers, Detractors, and anyone with a short position. Otherwise, if strong growth continues one way or another the profits will find their way back shareholders.
