    A tax refund is not a grant. ISX case, as i dont know the history of how ISX obtained this grant i am assuming from my own experience this grant is not given by ATO rather a grant from AusIndustry for commercialising ISX technology. Therefore its revenue and nothing to do with tax incentive or tax refund.
