My guess is that ISX is moving all of their asset to the NSX, ie. the NSX is going to become the new ISX. The present ISX would then going to end up being an empty carcass, a delisted empty carcass. In my view, all the extension requests, injunction attempts, etc, or even the whole court thing serves only as a delaying tactic until the move is completed. Eventually we will know what the whole plan is but there is absolutely nothing that holders can do anyway. If my guess is true then what is the market cap for an empty delisted carcass? Meanwhile ISX would survive as NSX and remain listed on the ASX, LOL.
