IMO
The main reason of why previous gov was so powerful is because they over use the judgement power of putrajaya city. Previous gov always move court case to putrajaya to obtain advantage. It appears they are trying to use the same skill. It is very expensive for a new gov because if they do it once, five year later BN can say they are the same actually.
