There is a fire at the AMC factory to compound the spades of bad news!
Goblin, it doe not matter whether the breach of the TPA is in 1 division or more - it reflects very badly on the ability of the executive management! It's bad enough that they have to sue the 4 ex-executives. A good executive would have sufficient check-and-balances in place to prevent it from happening in the first instance. It is not just 1 employee BUT four!! And before they sued, they should have examined the possible consequences which in this case led to the exposure of AMC's own breaches of the TPA!!
