I've been away from my Computer and only now read your post.
Although I placed a imo at times in the post, there are a couple of lines in my post I should have left out. imo
I've got no actual proof that I.G. has complete control of AGS. That would be best answered by the present Directors/employees or perhaps the departed CFO.
I've only met the Man at a Presentation and two AGMs but to me, he is the most autocratic person I have come across outside of myself! imo .
Maybe I.G.'s history has a part to play I know he had a chain of stores or something, not positive about that, but ones Management/handling or style of that in one field, may not work in another? imo
Theres a lot of ifs attached to any reply I give in a post so I will fall back on my initial claim that he appears to be the most autocratic person I have met.
Sometimes having an autocratic leader is beneficial but if a bad path is followed or your troops start questioning or lose respect/confidence, then it all falls over .imo
One thing I also believed the very first day I met Mr Gandell at an AGM was that he is was ruthless enough to go all the way with the M&D C Matter.
Whether that trait with a sale or what eventuates with AGS flows through as a benifit to all Shareholders is still to be determined.imo
I respect the bloke but at the end of the day, NOW its be vigilant and make sure we protect our investment, if we can!
I don't know how this will all end. If as you suggest the Board all have equal input/responsibility then it appears they all would prefer to keep shareholders ill informed.
Who are they employed by again!
