Something we need to know either by EGM or otherwise, there was a disputed charge from HG to AGS as part of the production cost. I assume if a settlement has been agreed that will have been agreed one way or the other.
I think the basic production cost is around $25 per lb, but HG were arguing that we needed to be paying a development charge which was about $10 per lb. AGS were saying it should be part of the free carried exploration costs . Can anyone confirm that I am right or wrong, and if I am right we definitely need to know who is paying if it is settled.
