FO, I did read that but just thinking they updated the page to say Quasar had filed a discontinuance notice but they didn't shut the case at the same time? Very weird I think! How hard would it have been to hit a few keys and change the status from Open to Closed.
Anyway you are probably right, but I just don't trust anything anyone tells you on the phone when it comes to AGS. Or in person either, isn't that right MD?
