Sludge as a shareholder he has more voting rights and so he should as he has singularly invested more in AGS than anyone else. Think about that when you ask where his interest lies.
As a director he is one of 4 and only has an equal vote with the rest of the board. Fact.
In both examples nothing happened without the agreement of the other board members.
I have no doubt about the board's interest in maximising a return on the sale of 4M for shareholders.
