The current round of talks between the banks and the
Victorian power utilities are at logger-heads over a
funding solution for their on going maintenance.And
nameless financial 'insiders' stating that "no one"
wants to take the risk on loaning money to these
monoliths.

Hence Victoria is at the cross-roads and with the wrong
decision making..could end up facing its own "waterloo".

Angren in Russia has been successfully using UCG to
generate an "uninterrupted" electricity supply to the
consumer using "brown coal" for over [40] years.

Russia and many other countries are now fast tracking
their UCG development programms.Capital investments
in construction of UCG stations are 2.5 times cheaper
than their traditional coal fired counterparts.With the
obvious reduction of environnmental factors and Rudd
still determined to steer clear of nuclear power,now
is the time for Victoria to show the way.

Problem...how to generate enough power without having
to wait decades for renewables that may/may not work.

Reaction..the Government decides to inform the people
about the overall benefits of UCG..pollsters then foward
calculated positive outcomes.

Solution..the Government agrees to give UCG the green
light as the only "real" short/medium term answer for
Victoria's acute power problems.They could even match
dollar for dollar as an incentive for companies such
as Cougar to demonstrate quickly the coming universal
acceptance of the genius that is UCG.
