My brokers (Comsec / Macquarie) are telling me they cannot sell...

    My brokers (Comsec / Macquarie) are telling me they cannot sell my QRN shares today without me providing the SRN and the info line (computershare) is telling me they can't give me the SRN, even though I have been allocated shares. Is anybody else having this issue, and has had it resolved? Thanks
