well we are expecting another 1% on Tues next Melb Cup day...and some even think another in dec....another one ?? was it kohler thought 2.75 in cuts...but I dont follow alan...he is just another commentator....no real life experience you have to do what feels right for you....its hard for anyone to predict the future...the US is expected to cut rates again this week.... good idea to cut your losses and sort out the problem later, but get the ball rolling now....warnie said start with an email....those break fees usually diminish as the first years expire... have you checked out their website....to confrim the break fees etc ?
