I've had some great fun with them. Jerked one of them around for a half hour, oops accidently turned the computer off, wait till it reboots, oh, damn, did it again, made myself out to be a real noob making them explain everything about 3 times to me etc. They tried to get me to change registry settings so that I need them to "fix" it for $150. The only way to defeat these people is to frustrate them. If enough people wasted their time they would find it all too difficult.
