it's an aggressive target to dig Cuba in H2 2018 with 2 permits still needed and a partner/s not announced yet. Sure there maybe some tough negotiations happening backstage, but I am thinking if we don't get something concrete in July, H2 2018 is too aggressive and it'll be push out to H1 2019.
I think when those oppies were issued, they were thinking Cuba would be in the bag by now and the NZ dig was successful, i.e main target hit.
