Problems of Prospectus: Patnaik collusion, problems for permit appöications

1. Collusion in sales of problematic and cheap explorationrights to RMI and other Kabunga controlled companies with Rohan Patnaik
The reservations did cost of a couple of thousand euros as fees. The exclusivity deal has already provided about 100 fold profits for the seller. Element92 is controlled by Rohan Patnaik, who has been doing similar very profitable sales with other companies controlled by Asimve Kabunga like RMC. Patnaik is also using ROPA investments (Gibraltar) for the businesses.

The RMI-Patnaik Deal was revealed in a major investigative TV in Finnish national TV. The company was very negatively commented by the mining authority, Pekka Suomela the boss of Finnish mining industry economy at that time.and Mika Lintilä, who was the economy (mining) minister of Finland

Patnaik sales to Kabunga lead companies include sales of Serbian lithium assets for Volt Resources and sales of licenses for Lindian resources. Apparently Kabunga and Patnaik were also partners in selling uranium licenses for Auking. When considering the repeating business relations of the two persons, higher transparency of selling and buying parties and due diligence processes would be needed.

Patnaik has been providing “nearology” rights for Arrow resources and is dealing with very suspect Finnish reservations (with company elementX) with Canadian Capella minerals.

2. Collusion - the Smoking Gun: Skapto consultant is reporting separatelyto Patnaik and RMI, with obvious conflict of interest
Consultant Skapto (Belgium) appears to have been submitted the reservation applications for Patnaik, interestingly RMI has told that Skapto is their consultant in evaluation of the tenements. Skapto report was considered as a foundation of the RMI – Element 92 deal.

3. Selling a reservation is inconflict with the law
According to Finnish Supreme Administrative court reservations cannot be sold. Reservation would require aim to exploration. The reservations were sold in a company even before granting.

4. The reservations are veryproblematic, but problems are not reported in the Prospectus

-Roussakero is in Lappland on the specific home land of indigenous Sapmi people who have strong rights and readiness to fight especially in Käsivarsi (“the arm of Finland”) region. Most recently they repelled Akkerman, which reservation was cancelled. The regions further include Natura 2000 nature conservation area.

-Several exploration companies have been forced to leave regions within and close to the the Hirvaskallio reservation because of National Parks Torronsuo and Liesjärvi. The locals have organized resistance called the Guardians of Torronsuo
-Ore exploration is not allowed in National Parks according to the Finnish Mining law,
The prospectus page 13, suggests that there is no obstacles in getting the permits

RMC has indicated a drill hole named Hirvikallio with length of 33.90 meters as the lead for lithium exploration in Häme region.

According to GTK there is a drill hole named Hirvikallio with length of 33.9 meters, dirilled 1958,
being now in the middle of Torronsuo National park, see screen capture bellow, capture from the Finnish Geologic survey (GTK) is attached

Reservation on the National park has been indicated by the map of the reservation in the mining registry,
bigger reference capture with link is attached. Note also that eastern end of the reservation is on Liesjärvi National park.




It looks like Mr Kabunga has visited Hirvikallio. Did he notice the Torronsuo National Park?




In Finland mining is not allowed in national parks.
The amendment of the mining legislation, specifically environmental protection law, aimed to be in force early next year would also ban ore exploration in national parks.
Does Resource mining provide correct information about the reservation?

-Keliber lithium mine is in trouble to getpermits. Environmental authorities have recognized major problems with watersand other aspects of lithium mining. There is resistance againstnon-sustainable mining in the region. The prospecting data represented may wellindicate boulders delivered by ice age from Isovesi and Rapasaari mineconcessions. The region has been heavily explored for lithium.
