Chrysalis, in my younger days I knew of people who built their yachts while on the dole.
I have know of people on disability pension building high set home for themselves.
There would be a lot of people abusing the generosity of tax payers. I think they were the target, not some genuine people.There is a lot of fraud in welfare.
