Yes, have absolutely tried all the cookie, cache, clearing, and even creating brand new windows user accounts, and as detailed above on other computers, including at home, work, and family members house, and in different web browsers, Chrome, IE, Edge, and Dragon, as well as Private browsing modes. Completely different networks, firewalls, and security software between home/work/family member. Took me about 3 months to get them to believe that I've already cleared my cache!
