I found out a bit more: Wall St on Demand (www.wallst.com) was bought out by markit on demand (ihsmarkit). I tried going to research.commsec.wallst.com but a got a privacy error. I'm suspecting that the wallst.com website is no longer valid.

I don't know how far you want to go with this but when I load Q&R in commsec it goes to markit. I suspect for some reason yours is going to wallst. If you open chrome and go the drop down menu in the top right corner and click on "more tools">"developer", a side pane should pop on the right hand side of the screen. If you click on sources up the top and then look at the websites it visited while loading that page this will tell you if it went to wallst.com. And it might tell you where in the code its crashing at the bottom.

I suspect the wallst website must come from a preference file or something in your account but that's as far as I got.
