After having bought 100000 SCE this morning and then having sold them, I wanted to get back in again at 5.3c and had the order rejected. I checked the available balance and was well within my limit so I tried again and again - to no avail. when I rang up about it they said I tried to place an order for 200000 (my order was 100000) I am now on the phone for over half an hour. Obviously their system added the previous order back on. I have now missed the boat - SCE shot up to 6.3.
Evevtually I was asked to log off and log in again. When placing the order thru the normal Etrade my trading balance showed twice the amount I have.
Has anyone else encountered this type of problem?
