glad to hear i'm not the only one having problems (well not glad but you know what i mean) i'm having very similar problems with Power E-trade this morning.. bought & sold AGY tried to place another buy order but it rejected it sighting insufficient funds.. there was ample funds & i was able to put the order through the normal e-trade site.. but its slow & cumbersome & i missed my selected spot in the que... now if i try to modify the order it rejects that stating cant modify quantity & now have bought the shares tried to place a sell order just to be told "insufficient stock units"

called help desk but like you didnt get much satisfaction.. dont even think the operator believed what i was telling them... waiting on a call back from IT to hold my hand & walk me through power E-trade (never had a problem using it before.. i'm a big boy) been waiting an hour so far... great service !!
