Had an email from paypal (not sure it was genuine) saying there had been possible fraudulent activity and I had x days to deal with it. Have tried to log-on but not recognising email of password. ALL the help they offer requires you to log on. the listed Oz phone # is disconnected (1800 073 263); directories can't find a new #; An American phone # lead me to a menu a mile long and I didn't have the info they wanted. And I don't want to respond to the email I received as it looks fake. Another message says I have a message in the Message Centre, but I can't log in.
Anyone here had experience dealing with this kind of around and around the block. Can't chat without logging in; can't get to the help forums without logging in; and been at this for days. Appreciate a different perspective if possible. thanks jwt
