Anyone here had experience dealing with this kind of around and around the block. Can't chat without logging in; can't get to the help forums without logging in; and been at this for days. Appreciate a different perspective if possible. thanks jwt

Assuming you come back to me and say that it doesn't recognise your email -

is it possible that it wasn't the email you used to set it up?????????
