Anyone here had experience dealing with this kind of around and around the block. Can't chat without logging in; can't get to the help forums without logging in; and been at this for days. Appreciate a different perspective if possible. thanks jwt

Have nothing to do with it.
Log-on to your PayPal a/c via a different browser, and get any in from there.
