cheers guys - paypay won't even recognise my email any more. After a very recent robbery I did try to block my account but that didn't seem to complete the process. I'm guessing it went far enough. Now I'm just trying to make contact of sorts to report what I think is a phishing expedition, so thanks bozwell for the link you gave. It also bothers me that the Ozzie phone # seems to no longer exist. There must be a # in Oz.. Anyway I'll just get a new PP account with a new address. jwt
