same happened to me on thursday,
didnt bother fiddling with internet settings, firewall etc
cos everything else was running ok
was a commsec fcuk up with the upgrade
another upgrade came through thursday night (or friday morning, can't remember) it automatically downloaded through without giving u a choice
and ran fine since then
problems with protrader 2 upgrade, page-3
