1. yes insurance is in place whilst you are using the service. On that note, who pays the excess? Hopefully not the person leasing the vehicle? That would really suck. Someone trashes your car. It gets damaged and then you are left paying the excess which is more than the money you made initially loaning it out? Hit in the pocket and a f***d car? Great deal

Once handing back the keys you obviously have given the OK. I'm talking about problems that arise AFTER using the service. AFTER the end user has been given positive recommendation if that's what is done?

So BMC is going to tell me I cannot use their service because a customer came back to them a week later complaining that their car has had problems ever since? Even though at the time of handover everything was fine? Oh please!!!!!!!
