Hi guys,
Nick Scali has been on my radar for a while now, my only concern is debt.
Their current ratio is 1.23, what am I missing here?
I understand they have an outstanding order book of 185m, once converted to profit will this suffice to cover 45m shortfall between current assets and liabilities?
Or are they banking on an increase in FCF with Plush acquisition to cover their liabilities due in next 12 months?
interested to hear thoughts from those more families with Nick Scali than I am.
