So this vote can't be done online? As it wasn't listed as one of your options.
I would prefer to cast my own vote, and not give it to a proxy, as I know what I voted for, even if there is no way I can attend.
I guess an EGM is different to an AGM?
Is there a reason it can't be done online?
I may be asking a silly question, but you have to ask to learn.
Yes I know I am a small holder, but I still like to know exactly where my vote is going, and placed by me. Call me old fashioned in some ways, but I can't see why in this day and age I can't caste my vote online, which saves the whole proxy problems, paperwork and postage issues.
I guess you can enlighten me to the restrictions to the process, and why.
