Hi nutcracker,

As I understand it, if I can cast my vote online, then no one gets my proxy, as I have voted.

If I don't vote, then then my voting rights will be proxied to the Chairman.

Will I be able to cast my vote online for this EGM? So there is no question for me on how I voted?

Solves the problem of non attendance, and the rest.

Can someone advise if voting will be allowed online?
