I would seriously vote no as the company has plenty of options to go in a variety of directions that all make the company worth more than this paltry price.

In the interests of disclosure, it should be fair to show what the 249D applicant is posting in public, so let's please treat him as a potential director here, rather than as a suspended member of this site.
