Hi John Utah,

Statements from the new directors were provided with the 249D notice.

Obviously the BOD have decided that it was not in their best interest to disclose those statements at this time.

It is my understanding that those statements will certainly be provided when the EGM notice is announced and forms are dispatched.

We do know that one of the proposed directors steered a company from a 16 million dollar explorer in 2002 to its sale in 2008 for $1.2 BILLION.

That sounds like a "devil" I'd like helping steer our company in the future.
