Yes I've heard multiple times about that 6 year period out of however many he's been in business for.

Just as I've heard multiple times about the single deal ML did for CNX (although their current situation isn't something I'd like to replicate).

Does lighting strike twice though? COI would indicate no after 7 years there.


I'm not sure if its usual practice to withhold the proposed directors statements, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. I'm looking forward to hearing/reading what they have to say for themselves (although I have just read ML's latest linkedin post).

Can you elaborate on who's looking to occupy which position on the board?
