Hi John,

As I understand it if the two new directors are appointed it would then be up to the new BOD to decide who was to fill the role as Chairman and what role Mr. Langford would play apart from being a director.

Needless to say we are unsure of the role that HB plays in the company other than to make up the numbers from an administrative point of view. Two geologists for an exploration company this size would seem rather pointless to me imo.

WW fulfils the role as Chairman along with numerous other companys he is chairman of so the time dedicated to BGS would be rather limited imo.

If ever there was a need to rejuvenate a BOD then this is it for the many, many reasons shareholders have expressed on this forum and to @boy1 and myself over many , many months.

They say there are three sorts of people in the world:
1-Those that make things happen,
2-Those that watch people make things happen and
3-Those that say WHAT HAPPENED.

I much prefer to be in the first category if I can. Every shareholder has that same opportunity right now.
