Being a worthy citizen and only been to court on drink driving offences and not for any civil or criminal wrong doing.....
can anyone give an indication of what will happen from here.
1] will the judge call for a re-convening. deliver his judgement and then later work out a valuation?
2] or do the whole act in one go?
I know that there will be a probably appeal by mmx if its heavily against them but at least chm will be recognised ......or otherwise if its against chm then its prety much good night.
Am just interested to know the possible proceedings ahead.
or is everyone as in the dark as i am ?
