Can someone help me re some curious wording in the second last para of the Quarterly:
"As at the date of this report, proceeds of the Entitlement Offer shortfall placement facilities remain due in the amount of $1.7m. Assuming receipt of these outstanding shortfall placement facilities ....".
Is this a matter of concern that it has taken this time to (so far) not get the money? Is an underwriter unreliable/unable to pay?
Or is there a non-worrisome answer?
