It does happen - sometimes up to a month from what I have seen. I dropped my $$ in before Christmas because I was travelling till mid Jan but I could have left it till after. I wouldn't be worried about the language they used in the quarterly - that is standard and a good disclosure of the cash position but I'll be following up in 2-4 weeks to make sure the money arrived (I am sure the company is watching carefully too!)
