If the shares are worth nothing you are right....JK would give them up...........so why isn't he? Because him, directors, Liz, 100 staff and clients are behind him and know they are worth more fighting for. Let me ask you this, if you were part of the seed investors and you invested say $5m-$10m together.....is a $40m return (at the time when issued) well deserved?

Also, the perf shares total 336m shares, that's around 30% of the total share count, not 10%.
