Justice Davies from the Federal Court would have studied the ASX SOR, including the sections that she had redacted. I believe Justice Davies would have far greater credibility than any AFR journalist. Justice Davies statement at the ISX vs ASX Federal Court hearing was, “I accept that the evidence before the Court shows a serious question to be tried in respect of the accuracy of particular findings made by ASX as detailed in its statement of reasons”. ASX did not contend to the contrary.
