1st quarter 2015 works for me and I won't come down on Gus if it ends up being 2nd quarter. This stuff ain't easy, is not readily controlled by management and shouldn't reflect on competency.
Don't know why companies often fail in this area, i.e. setting themselves up to criticism (and often SP deterioration) for overly tight timelines. It happens a lot and causes so much angst on Hot Copper forums, especially PEN :)
