Hello. I have 1.1 million shares under my control. To date I haven’t used them to vote with. I feel the time has come and a united effort is required. I want to make my vote count and I’m sure a lot of you do too. With that in mind, it would be handy to have this thread show what I/we have to do and when. I’m looking for a set of simple instructions. I assume the process is roughly as follows-
- get something in the mail that instructs me on what the voting will be asking and how I cast my vote.
- the same letter in the mail giving me the option to elect a proxy for my vote and how to do this.

If I send in a voting ballot form, who would receive it and take note of it? The company? If so, I don’t trust them so I would rather have a proxy I can trust.

That’s all for now. Can someone confirm that I am on the right track or offer an idea of how the vote will work.
