For years we have been told that we are
" on schedule and under budget" so please do not ask
any question that is even remotely intelligent or
thought provoking that will send the denial set into
fits of rage.
As for the financing all is good CDU just saved $45 MILL
on the concrete!
Next we will get a MASSIVE saving on the steel and
CDU will have enough for the rail port and quarterly dividends.
HR do you mean to tell us that NO project EVER meets its
targets relating to costs and time GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!
