Basically, CCU is hamstrung by a lack of metallurgical input, and will continue to be for at least the next few months. Their recovery and throughput sucks, and how to resolve that? Metallurgists. Not mining engineer general managers...

This is one of the reasons I am negative on australian mining operations delivering - can't get good people. Skills shortage + big wages.

If you dig back, they have been trying to fill that position for months, through multiple agencies.

Guess what i'm saying is - its gonna be a slower, more expensive commissioning than you might think.
