Good find Charkan, a lack of technical expertise in fields such as metallurgy is endemic in Australia - I was attending uni in the 90s when these courses (including the earth sciences) were being scaled back by the likes of RMIT and Melbourne - because the mining sector did not demand them and in turn no students were studying.

Maybe it's time to get a masters in Metallurgy!

I would not worry too much though, I have consulted for a number of clients who were always looking out for a permanent staff member to replace consultants. The problem being, most people who are qualified enough aren't keen to work in remote areas all the time, or uproot their families from city centres.

CCU will have a consultant in tow (I know Mining One has a metallurgy capacity) that can work with them to achieve their production targets.
