Hi Chuk, we've discussed this indirectly before so i won't comment here.
But that bar you have pictured is a 1 kilo bar. You'd have to be pretty buff to hold a 1000ounce bar like that and i'm buff and i've held my fair share.
You also have to take into account the purity of the raw gold which is likely between 90 and 95%.
