I'm not sure which part of the L-Max process has been patented. Perhaps all of it?
So from a patent perspective does the below count as 'prior art', potentially impacting the validity of the L-Max patent? It's an atmospheric sulphuric acid leach to liberate Li from mica successfully trialled prior to 1993.
I know nothing about patents or patent law and am genuinely interested in responses that could shed light on this issue.
