Big civil job.
Concrete pads with bunding, sumps and pumps for overflow. A grinding/mill circuit , cyclones, carbon column, all associated pipework and pumps. Power generation to run it all. A lab with qualified lab staff, ie; metalurgists. Steel work to support it all etc. Cyanide storage and dosing system.
Just to mention a few hurdles to overcome.
And it all needs to be fully compliant.
More like 900 days rather than 90.
