Probably not worth much if Tribitrage aren’t prepared to spend $500k developing the area in the first 2 years, 1 year to go and no noise and likely no rush to do anything

Probably 5-10 years IMO LOL

After CLZ receives $300k they give Tribitrage 80% of any profit if it ever is mined.

I thought CLZ already received it? Anyway insignificant compared to the amount of debt they are in and they still need more funding.
