my comment is that if it achieves a resource upgrade the stock will fly...and hence you have misinterpreted my comments.
What you also need to weigh up with penny juniors is poor mangement versus excellent resource asset potential. can replace mangement but for mining stocks if the resource isn,t there you can,t magically create it or replace it.
That's why junior explorers with great assets and crap management find themselves takeover targets for bigger players.
