Most of the harmony stuff needs you to go to the Logitech web page, find the device you have if they have the data for it that is, then download it to the app. The device can not talk to the remote or app natively. That why XPE is so different as any device will be able to talk to the app out of the box, no middle man, no reliance of third party gathering data on other third party products, it will be out of the box ready to go as all the information required is already in the thing you want to connect to.
