On a negative note - SO so so so many reviews are replied to with 'We have been noticing huge demand due to the android launch and our network may experience temporarily outages due to telecommunication network issues' - Not ideal for a tech company who is releasing a new product. Doesn't inspire much confidence. And I know the obvious rebutal is- yeah but look at alllll the customers we are attracting hence the 'huge demand causing outages' (BS) but the volume doesnt matter if they dont front up the cash. If 25% of your new customers are facing tech difficulties goodbye converting to fully paying customer- which is the ultimate endgame. Im not downramping just a concerned shareholder.
